We offer childbirth education classes in Los Angeles for families preparing for birth, breastfeeding, and newborn care. Our classes are an extension of our community. These spaces are designed to support families through pregnancy, birth, and early parenting by providing practical knowledge, shared learning, and connection with others on a similar journey.

Education Classes

Prenatal Breastfeeding with Kimberly Durdin, LM

3 hours @ $25.00

We're back!!! Join co-owner, midwife, and former IBCLC with over 20 years of experience, Kimberly Durdin, for this exciting and engaging in-person educational experience on normal newborn feeding. Priced per couple. Fathers/partners/support folks welcome and encouraged to join (no extra charge). FREE for KSLA Birth Clients, please use your coupon code when checking out. Doulas are welcome to attend this parent class for a $25 fee.

Ultimate Childbirth Education Class Series

12 hours • Offered Monthly either Sundays or Mondays

Join us for a uniquely focused class series for expecting families. Nicole has been supporting expecting families for 14+ years. This is a comprehensive overview class series of "what to expect when giving birth" and is especially designed for the unique needs of those wanting an unmedicated birth at home, hospital or a birth center.

 

Movement Classes

Prenatal Dance
Collaboratively led by Nicole LaCour-Wordlaw and Skye Jasper.

1 hour 15 minutes • Tuesdays

This class is for the birthing person and blends stretching and joyful movement to support optimal fetal positioning, cardiovascular fitness, reduced stress and anxiety, a deeper mind-body connection, and community! Bring a mat, water bottle + wear comfortable clothing you can move + stretch in. Shoes are not required.

Class fee will be $15 and collected via Zelle or Venmo prior to class start

Begins August 15th • Cost: $2500
Are you feeling a calling towards birthwork? Join us for an immersive 8-day, 56-hour doula training that blends ancestral knowledge, practical skills, and heart-centered preparation to support you in stepping into your role as a confident, community-rooted birthworker.
