Community Pre + Post Natal Midwifery Group Care

Our Group Pre + Post Natal Midwifery Care Group Model is open to pregnant people at 10+ weeks gestation

Our Group Care Model includes:

  • Plan to birth at our birth center or in your own home

  • Suitable for low risk pregnancies

  • Prenatal visits are provided at the normal prenatal visit schedule (see above), they include private medical care (15- 20 minutes) with a midwife at each prenatal appointment

  • 2 at home postnatal visits (24 - 36 hours and 5-7 days after the birth)

  • Weekly postnatal visits until your baby is 8 weeks old

  • a safe space to build community with other families

  • a time to answer all of your questions.

  • a curated birthing and postpartum plan

  • learning how to set up supportive postpartum transitions

  • childbirth + lactation education in the group meetings

  • informed consent

  • nutrition support

  • physical and mental health support

  • client mobile access to medical charts

  • labs if requested

  • out of pocket ultrasounds can be ordered as well
